Back to normal soon or scale and expansion – what’s next for your business?
It’s been a tough 12 months and more for almost any business, many may have sadly fallen through no fault of their own. However, more positively, many are getting ready for re-opening or a return to some degree of more normal times.
All of my clients have adapted and been able to ride out the pandemic in different ways, every situation is different. All are in a place where they can look forward and seek further growth during the remainder of 2021.
How will your own business grow when the opportunity arrives? Have you ever considered a franchise model? In essence, replication of what works in other locations through motivated business owners willing to buy into your brand and business model and make it work for them and therefore for you.
